KOSMO,26 September 2008 Akaun 'lebur' kerana perangkap e-mel hantu
CHEE SEONG menunjukkan salinan cetakan e-mel skim penipuan siber yang menyebabkan wang dalam akaunnya hilang semalam.

KUALA LUMPUR - Tidak sampai empat minit, duit dalam akaun bank milik seorang pengurus, Yong Chee Seong, 30, berjumlah hampir RM5,000 lesap sekelip mata.
Kes itu dipercayai gara-gara sindiket perbankan dalam talian (online) yang didalangi pakar teknologi maklumat di kalangan warga asing yang memerangkap mangsa melalui penghantaran e-mel 'berhantu'.

Chee Seong memberitahu, e-mel dalam bahasa Inggeris yang diteri- manya pada 23 September lalu kira- kira 1 tengah hari memintanya mengemas kini maklumat talian perbankan melalui proses pertukaran kata kunci akaun bank.

"Ia nampak asli dan meminta saya berbuat demikian bagi tujuan kese- lamatan selain mengelak ditipu oleh sindiket yang semakin menjadi-jadi di ruang siber,'' katanya di sini semalam.

Menurut Chee Seong, sebagai pelanggan tetap bank terkemuka itu sejak enam tahun lalu, dia langsung tidak menaruh syak bahawa e-mel itu satu perangkap kerana pautan laman web untuk dia membuat kata kunci baru, muncul dengan hampir menyamai laman web bank tersebut.

Beliau hanya menyedari ada sesuatu yang tidak kena berlaku sele- pas beberapa minit mendaftarkan kata kunci baru dengan empat minit kemudian menerima khidmat pesa- nan ringkas (SMS) daripada pihak bank dengan maklumkan satu transaksi pemindahan wang dari akaunnya berjumlah RM4,935.

"Saya tergamam kerana saya tak buat apa-apa,'' katanya.

Sejurus selepas itu, Chee Wah terus menghubungi bank berkenaan dan jurucakapnya mengesahkan polisi mereka tidak meminta pelanggan menukar data menerusi e-mel.

Chee Wah cuba mengakses kembali pautan laman web berkenaan, namun gagal.
Mangsa membuat laporan polis di Balai Polis Sea Park, Petaling Jaya pada 23 September lalu selepas dinasihatkan oleh pihak Maybank.

Saya, Nor Afizah Thalhan pun pernah menerima email yang sama daripada pihak yang sama dalam masa yang sama, nasib saya agak baik kerana sudah biasa menjalankan urusniaga perniagaan internet, maka saya dapat kesan ciri-ciri penipuan bentuk baru ini. Antara ciri-ciri yang anda semua patut tahu untuk tidak ditipu ialah:

1- Bank mempunyai server sendiri, jadi sudah pasti tidak menggunakan yahoo/google. Adalah suatu perkara yang kelakar untuk percaya kepada maklumat yang dihantar oleh 'maybank@yahoo.com.my'.

2-Bank adalah tempat yang selamat, kalau tidak mesti semua orang simpan duit bawah bantal kan? Jika anda perhatikan, di laman web bank yang sebenar, pasti ada satu simbol bentuk 'mangga kunci' yang menadakan anda berada di secured site. Jika tidak pasti itu kerja mangkuk ayun.

3-Email daripada pihak bank sebenar setiap kali selepas anda melakukan transaction di generate daripada sistem ,staff mereka tak tulis email untuk semua orang manually. Bila email daripada sistem, of course lah gaya tulisan itu bentuk 'courier new'. Bagi sipenipu yang taip sendiri email terima kasih walaupun mesej memang sebijik2, pasti akan keluar bentuk tulisan 'times new roman'. Dari situ anda dapat kenal dengan mudahnya si penyangak ini.

Ingin diingatkan bahawa bank sebenar tidak boleh buat apa2 jika anda ditipu dan pada saat anda bagi username dan password anda kepada si penyangak ini-segalanya akan berakhir,tiada siapa mampu buat apa2 termasuklah PM pun.

Jadi berhati-hati, jangan pandang rendah pada jenayah internet!

BAGAIMANA I-CHARGE BOLEH JIMATKAN MINYAK?

Penjimatan petrol banyak bergantung kepada penyalaan enjin kereta.Penyalaan ini pula dipengarauhi oleh kuasa Voltan pencucuh ( Arus
elektrik yang mengalir ke Palam pencucuh)

Para mekanik atau pakar kereta memang jelas bahawa kuasa Voltan pencucuh adalah antara 12000-14000 Volt. Mustahil mereka
memasangkan pencawang elektrik yang berkuasa tinggi di dalam kereta. Dengan itu, pakar kerete pun bijak menyalurkan arus aruhan
daripada bateri yang berkuasa 12Volt untuk menghasilkan kuasa Voltan pencucuh yang paling tinggi, supaya bekalan arus menjadi lebih
rendah dan selamat digunakan.

Tetapi ada satu masalah akan timbul. Jika arus aruhannya diperkuatkan sebanyak 1000 kali ganda ( 12V akan menjadi 12000V ). Ini bererti,
perubahan arus sebanyak 0.1V dalam bateri akan meningkatkan kuasa dalam palam pencucuh sebanyak 100V, yang mengakibatkan proses
