KAMMI - Kesatuan Aksi Masyarakat Muslim Indonesia menuntut agar KPK (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) dibubarkan, karena telah melakukan kriminalisasi pada ulama.
"Bubarkan saja KPK, karena telah mendholimi dan melakukan kriminalisasi pada para ulama. Lihat saja apa yang dilakukan KPK terhadap bapak Amien Rais, terlihat KPK sangat mengada-ada dan telah melakukan perbuatan yang sangat keji terhadap beliau yang merupakan ulama besar", ujar Abu Munawar koordinator KAMMI.
Menurut Munawar, dalam persidangan kasus korupsi, biasanya dalam dakwaan itu hanya disebutkan bahwa terdakwa atau para pihak telah melakukan tindakan yang melawan hukum sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya kerugian keuangan negara sejumlah nilai tertentu.
"Jadi pertangungjawaban tentang uang hasil korupsi itu ada pada pelaku korupsi, karena dialah yang melakukan tindakan yang melawan hukum sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian uang negara. Dalam kasus korupsi alat kesehatan (alkes) di kementrian kesehatan ini, kok KPK mengada-ada dengan menyebut bahwa uang itu dipergunakan pelaku untuk apa saja dan diarahkan untuk memfitnah ulama", katanya
"Dengan menyebut dalam dakwaan bahwa uang dari pelaku (terdakwa) diantaranya ada yang ditransfer kepada bapak Amien Rais sebesar Rp.600 juta. Ini Tampaknya ada upaya kriminalisasi pada ulama, karena apa yang disampaikan dalam dakwaan KPK itu sudah melebar.dari pokok perkara, sebab pertangungjawaban tindak pidana korupsi itu ada pada para pelaku, tidak perlu diurai bahwa uang hasil korupsi itu dipakai apa saja dan atau diberikan kepada siapa saja", tutur Munawar.
Selain kasus yang ditimpakan/difitnahkan pada pak Amien, menurut Munawar, kriminalisasi pada ulama dan umat muslim bisa dilihat pada kasus korupsi yang dituduhkan/difitnahkan pada anggota DPR RI dari PKS (Partai Keadilan Sejahtera) Yudi Adiana Widia.

Dimana KPK dalam dakwaannya pada terdakwa Aseng alias So Kok Seng, yang dibacakan di pengadilan tipikor (tindak pidana korupsi) Jakarta, menyebutkan Yudi menerima uang dari Aseng untuk memuluskan proyek pembangunan jalan di Maluku dan Maluku Utara melalui perantara Muhammad Kurniawan, anggota DPRD Kota Bekasi dari PKS. Dimana KPK menyebutkan dengan detail rekaman komunikasi dalam dakwaan bahwa mereka berkomunikasi memakai kode Juz (Quran) dan kode2 lain dengan istilah bahasa arab.
"Tampak sekali ada indikasi bahwa KPK melakukan upaya kriminalisasi pada ulama dan umat muslim. Karena chating dan komunikasi  itu adalah antar pribadi dan bersifat privat/pribadi. Dan ada indikasi bahwa KPK telah melakukan penodaan terhadap Al Quran, karena menulis dalam dakwaan bahwa istilah juz (Quran) dan kode2 lain dalam bahasa arab menjadi  bahasa kode korupsi", ungkapnya

Menurut Munawar, dengan KPK menulis hal tersebut dalam dakwaan yang kemudian menjadi konsumsi publik, karena kemudian dimuat di berbagai media, sebenarnya KPK-lah yang membuat heboh karena menyebarkan komunikasi pribadi ke ruang publik.
Bercermin pada kasus yang juga menimpa habib Rizieq, seharusnya orang yang menyebarkan chating beliau harus ditindak dulu secara hukum, karena sms/telpon/komunikasi antar pribadi itu bersifat pribadi. Maka dalam kasus korupsi yang difitnahkan pada Yudi anggota DPR RI dari PKS itu baru bisa ditindak-lanjuti secara hukum, jika KPK sebagai penyebar info/komunikasi pribadi ke ruang publik terlebih dahuklu ditindak secara hukum dengan tuduhan telah melakukan penodaan terhadap Al Quran yang merupakan kitab suci umat muslim.
Munawar menjelaskan bahwa untuk itu wajib hukumnya bagi umat muslim untuk melawan KPK, dan KPK harus dibubarkan.
Perlawanan terhadap KPK juga dikumandangkan Kader Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Banten melakukan pernyataan sikap terkait disebutnya Amien Rais dalam perkara korupsi alkes. Kader partai berlambang matahari putih tersebut menuntut agar ada keadilan dan meminta menghentikan kriminalisasi terhadap ulama

Bahkan Sebanyak 10.000 pasukan Satgas PAN Jawa Timur mengancam akan menduduki kantor KPK.
Sikap kritis juga disampaikan oleh Komnas HAM (Hak Asasi Manusia) yang meminta, agar jika ada kasus hukum yang melibatkan ulama, sebaiknya diselesaikan dengan tidak melalui jalur hukum, dimana bisa diselesaikan dengan SP3 (Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan) atau depoonering (mengesampingkan penuntutan)

Tak ketinggalan Habib Rizieq juga menyampaikan seruannya, sebagaimana terlihat pada akun Twitternya @RizieqSyihabFPI, seolah geram Habib Rizieq mengungkapkan isi hatinya melalui poster yang dilampirkan dalam twitt-nya:
"Stop Kriminalisasi Ulama!
Ayo... jaga dan lindungi Amin Rais...!!!
Jangan biarkan beliau dihina dan dikriminalisasi...!!!
Ayo... umat Islam rapatkan barisan dan satukan potensi...!!!
Ayo... lawan segala bentuk kezaliman...!!!"
