Buku untuk anak seharusnya berisi tentang pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang perkembangan kognitif ataupun motoriknya.

Namun, buku anak yang diterbitkan Penerbit Tiga Ananda, anak perusahaan dari Group Penerbit Tiga Serangkai, dianggap tak layak dibaca oleh anak.

Sebuah foto yang menampilkan potongan halaman buku berjudul 'Aku Belajar Mengendalikan Diri' beredar luas di media sosial. Netizen pun menanggapinya dengan kecaman karena isi buku ini sama sekali tak pantas dibaca anak.

Dalam foto tersebut terlihat ilustrasi anak kecil yang tengah tiduran sambil memeluk guling dan menceritakan pengalaman barunya ketika tak bisa tidur.

"Menit demi menit berlalu dan mataku masih tak bisa terpejam. Aku menyilangkan kakiku kuat-kuat pada guling. Iseng-iseng, aku menggerakkan tubuhku naik turun. Eh, ternyata asyik juga rasanya. Jantungku berdebar, tapi aku senang," cuplikan isi buku tersebut.

"Aku menemukan permainan baru yang mengasyikkan. Sesekali, aku memasukkan tanganku ke dalam celana. Aku mengulang. Lagi dan lagi," tertulis di halaman selanjutnya.

Cuplikan buku yang diposting di salah satu akun gosip Instagram ini mendapat beragam tanggapan dari netizen. Tak sedikit yang mengecam dan menyayangkan peredaran buku ini. Bahkan ada dari kalangan netizen yang menyebut penulis buku ini gila.

Menanggapi hal tersebut, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud)  Muhajir Effendi menyatakan akan adanya sanksi kepada penerbit buku anak-anak tersebut.

"Pasti ada sanksi, tapi sanksinya seperti apa, sesuai yang kita rumuskan dengan peraturan yang ada," kata Muhadjir di Istana Negara, Jalan Veteran, Jakarta Pusat

Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) juga telah menurunkan Inspektorat Jenderal dan Kepala Bidang Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kemendikbud untuk menyelidiki buku tersebut.

Komunitas Peduli Pendidikan (KPP) berharap adanya sanksi yang  benar-benar tegas dari pemerintah pada group penerbit yang memberikan buku porno untuk dijadikan bacaan pada anak-anak usia sekolah. Karena hampir setiap tahun kejadian seperti ini selalu terulang dengan modus yang sama dan pelakunya ya itu-itu saja.

Manshur,  ketua KPP menguraikan beberapa contoh peristiwa terus berulangnya peristiwa proyek pembelian buku porno untuk perpustakaan sekolah yang dibiayai uang negara yakni dari APBN/APBD yang pernah heboh pada berbagai media, misalnya:

1. Pembelian buku perpustakaan Sekolah Dasar (SD) oleh dinas pendidikan untuk dibagikan ke sekolah-sekolah di kabupaten Kendal Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2011, dmana sebagian diantaranya adalah buku dengan gambar porno dan atau buku berisi kontens dewasa, karena tertulis beberapa buku berisi kontens yang menerangkan dengan jelas dan gamblang cara berhubungan badan lelaki dan perempuan beserta gambarnya

2. Pembelian buku perpustakaan SD oleh dinas pendidikan untuk dibagikan pada 36 SD di kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2012, dimana sebagian diantara buku-buku yang dibeli itu adalah buku-buku yang berbau pornografi, diantaranya ada yang mengajarkan bagaimana caranya berhubungan seks aman agar si wanita tidak sampai hamil dan buku-buku lain yang berisi kontens pornografi

3. Pembelian buku perpustakaan SMP oleh dinas pendidikan untuk dibagikan pada seluruh SMP di kabupaten Wonogiri Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2012, dimana buku yang dibeli banyak diantaranya adalah buku yang berbau pornografi. Dari peristiwa di Wonogiri ini juga diketahui bahwa buku-buku tersebut juga dibeli oleh dinas pendidikan dan beredar pada sekolah di propinsi Jawa Barat

4. Pembelian buku perpustakaan SD senilai Rp. 7 milyar oleh dinas pendidikan untuk dibagikan ke sekolah-sekolah di kabupaten Banyuwangi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2012. Yang parah bahwa dalam dokumen lelang pengadaannya menyebutkan judul-judul buku yang wajib ditawarkan/disediakan oleh penyedia barang, dimana diantara judul buku yang wajib ditawarkan itu ternyata adalah buku-buku yang berisi kontens porno. Peserta lelang yang tidak menawarkan buku tesebut dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat dan dianggap gugur. Sehingga pemenang lelang yang menjadi penyedia barang adalah yang menawarkan buku-buku yang wajib disediakan sesuai dokumen lelang/pengadaan yang diantaranya adalah buku-buku yang berisi kontens porno

5. Pembelian buku oleh dinas pendidikan untuk sekolah dasar (SD) se-kota Pekalongan Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2009, ternyata buku-buku itu berisi gambar seronok, porno dan vulgar. Dan gambar-gambar seronok itu berada pada cover depan, sedangkan isinya banyak menampilkan gambar2 wanita berbusana minim, pose berciuman khusus dewasa serta isi bacaan juga sangat tidak pantas untuk anak usia SD

"Dan sebenarnya masih banyak lagi kasus seperti itu, akan tetapi karena tidak ada tindakan yang tegas dari pemerintah, maka kejadian seperti ini terus terulang dengan berbagai modusnya." ujar Manshur.

"Oleh karenanya pada kasus terbaru pada tahun 2017 ini dengan tersebarnya buku untuk anak usia sekolah yang berisi kontens porno yang dilakukan oleh group dari penerbit Tiga Serangkai, diharapkan bahwa janji dari Mendikbud untuk memberi sanksi yang tegas benar-benar dilaksanakan dan bukan hanya cuma gertak sambal atau hanya merupakan pernyataan untuk menenangkan masyarakat, tapi kemudian tidak ada tindakan atau sanksi yang nyata", tegasnya.

"Jangan sampai seperti pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dimana ada pernyataan untuk menindak tegas, tapi ternyata tidak pernah ada sanksi. Dan persoalan cukup selesai dengan permintaan maaf serta menarik buku dari sekolah-sekolah. JIka itu merupakan kehilafan atau ketidak-sengajaan tentunya masih bisa dimaafkan, tetapi jika dilakukan berulang-ulang tentunya itu bukan kekhilafan, maka sebaiknya diberikan sanksi agar ada efek jera" tambah Manshur.

"Saya juga heran, apa sebenarnya motif dari group penerbit Tiga Serangkai membuat buku untuk yang berisi konten pornografi itu dan menyebarkannya sebagai konsumsi bacaan anak-anak usia sekolah. Kok seakan tidak takut & tidak jera, padahal sesuai data yang bisa dibaca pada https://materikuliahfhunibraw.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/bank-dunia-memberikan-sanksi-kepada-penerbit-indonesia-dalam-proyek-pengembangan-buku-dan-bacaan.pdf bahwa penerbit Tiga Serangkai pernah juga di black list atau masuk daftar hitam oleh Bank Dunia terkait proyek pengadaan buku untuk anak2 sekolah di Indonesia yang dananya berupa bantuan hibah dari Bank Dunia pada pemerintah Indonesia dalam program BRDP (Book and Reading Development Project/Proyek Pengembangan Buku dan Bacaan)", pungkasnya.(*/arf)
